Nightlife
Brío for nightclubs
This is the case Brío was built for: a thousand people, three bars and the two hours that decide the night. In this vertical every feature ships switched on.
QR mode for the big nights
Sell bundles up front and redeem them at the bar one unit at a time, without going through the preparation screen. The balance lives in the customer's QR and updates live.
Tickets and the door
Ticket types with caps and sales windows, emailed with their QR, validated at the door. The door screen preloads the list, so it keeps validating even where there is no signal.
VIP tables and guest lists
Areas with a prepaid minimum spend that becomes group credit, shareable by link. Plus guest lists with their own access.
Promoters on commission
Each promoter gets a link and a QR. Attribution lasts seven days and the commission is frozen at the moment of sale: changing the rate never rewrites past sales.
Bundles, wallet and the wheel
Prepaid drink bundles, topped-up cashless credit, and one server-decided spin per paid order that can award a bundle or credit.
The bar at 03:00
Automatic spread across bars, rush mode as work piles up, per-product view for batching, and an automatic brake on saturation that reopens by itself.
Frequently asked questions
- Does anyone have to install an app?
- No. The customer scans a QR and the menu opens in the browser. It can be added to the home screen, but no app store is involved.
- What if there's no signal in the room?
- The menu and the staff screens keep a local copy. If the network takes more than five seconds, that copy is served instead of a blank screen. Door control validates against a preloaded list and syncs when the connection returns.
- Can I use QR mode alone, without changing the bar?
- Yes. QR mode is enabled per event: sell the bundles and redeem them at the bar with a phone, without touching the rest of the operation.
- Which payment methods are supported?
- Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Bizum through the payment provider. Bizum and Apple Pay also need enabling in each business's provider account, and Apple Pay requires registering the domain.
