What their calculator cannot show you
Some QR menu products do not put the order into your till: somebody reads it off a tablet and types it in by hand. That work did not exist before and it is added to every order. With Brío the order arrives on its own, so this time is zero.
That would be 31 h a month, or €562, on retyping alone.
The monthly bill
- Brío, flat fee with the till included
- €100
- Per-table QR menu (20 tables, minimum of 10)
- €200
- Plus the till their contract requires you to keep
- €249
Difference in Brío's favour: €149 a month.
What this does not say
- It is an estimate built from your numbers, not a promise nor an average of anything.
- It only counts the time spent taking orders and payment. Serving, clearing and cleaning still cost the same.
- The effect on average spend or on reviews is not turned into euros: we have no way to measure it and putting a figure on it would mean inventing one.
- Freed hours become money if they are used to serve more or to trim a shift. That is your call, not the software's.
